My journey to become a massage therapist began by injuring myself as a landscaper. I had all but given up on driving for more than 30 minutes at a time because my lower back pain was so intense. I knew little about my body or how to properly recover and move forward. A friend and fellow massage therapist opened my eyes to the healing potential of massage -something I only viewed as a way to relax- and set me on my journey into becoming an LMT. Since graduating from Spa Tech Institute-Plymouth in 2022 it's brought me joy to provide my clients a better understanding of the connection between their fascia and muscular tension while providing self care techniques to help them reduce the root cause of these issues. Mobile massage allows you to work towards remedying short-term and chronic pain or tension from the comfort of your home.

Giving up the things we love in life because of a lack of knowledge about our bodies is something I hope to help others avoid. In understanding where our pain stems from and utilizing self-care techniques to remedy these stressors, we can all lead happier, healthier lives.
