After almost 30 years in retail, lastly owning my own furniture store & mattress factory with my husband, one thing was very clear to me. I wanted to make a difference. I had a massage one day that left me in tears & saying " if I could make people feel this good, this connected, I would be so fulfilled." I did not start right away but I put it on my list of desires to create in my life & in 2005 I made it a reality.  I have always loved what I do but after 10 years or so I felt a shift to go deeper, there was more. More I could do for clients to truly help them alleviate their pain & discomfort. I too was needing more than massage could bring & I found John F Barnes Myofascial Release. I started my education almost at the same time as I started my treatments. In 2021 I began a new chapter in my life by moving to the Pioneer Valley & ultimately closing my practice on the Cape 2 years later. That was a huge commitment & even though it broke my heart to leave clients, some I had been taking care of since 2008, I had to commit to only one office & that is here in Florence Ma. For my whole life I have always lived by the shore, my toes in the sand & salt water in the air yet, where I've always wanted to be in the mountains. I was always saying "I need elevation!" Here I am. Joyous in my profession & where I live.
