Our treatment area is a warm, quiet, and peaceful space which encourages the client to immerse themselves the moment, be still,  and enjoy some "Me Time". The therapist is skilled and confident and strives to produce an effective and enjoyable treatment experience. The therapist is not only skilled in massage therapy but is also a skilled listener that pays attention to the clients request. The therapist is an ongoing learner, she is always seeking opportunities to enhance her skills so she can offer a variety of services that are centered around wellness, mindfulness, movement and greater flexibility. Bridgette’s Bodywork takes a unique approach   that will offer a treatment plan that will be specific to the needs of individual client.
