For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for helping others. My motto has always been to leave things or people better than you found them. For many years I have pursued avenues that would allow me share that gift in a way that fulfilled my soul. I have found that in massage therapy. My goal is that when a client leaves my table they not only leave feeling physically better, but also to leave my table feeling emotionally rejuvenated, refreshed, and relaxed. Life is busy and often times we are last on our list of people to care for, and reminding people of the importance of self care is important to me.
