Each massage is customized to your individual needs using a wide range of massage techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, sports, Gua Sha, cupping and more. You can be assured your personalized session will remain focused on your health and pain relief, and you will never be upsold services. One standard price for a variety of techniques allows us to best work together for your improvement. When you feel your best you'll perform at your best. So if you have 2 or more problem areas, please consider at least a 90 minute session. 

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 
First late cancellation: a credit/debit card saved on file will be required to book again. 
Second late cancellation: you will be charged full price and full payment in advance will be required to book again. 
Third late cancellation: you will no longer be able to book. 
I reserve the right to waive this policy at my discretion.
