Every body is different. What works for you, may not work for the next person. I believe in an individualized holistic approach to well being through massage and holistic nutrition. Whether you are seeking relaxation, stress relief, deep tissue to break chronic pain issues, an athlete training for your next event, or an expecting mother, I can help you feel your very best along the way. I have held a license as a massage therapist in the state of Massachusetts since 2006, and have over 1100 hours of training. I specialize in deep tissue massage, including trigger point and myofascial release for pain relief and optimal function. My current continuing ed includes becoming certified in cupping bodywork. Stay tuned for new services! In addition to massage, I am a level II Usui Reiki practitioner, and often incorporate reiki into my sessions. Reiki is a gentle energy method using universal life force energy to create health and healing. I am also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and currently a student with The International Macrobiotic Institute. My training as a holistic nutritionist helps me work with my clients through a wide lens of integrative health care by connecting the dots between diet, lifestyle, mindset and movement and how we feel in our body. I offer one on one, group and corporate wellness programs tailored to your individual needs. My favorite hobbies included gardening, cooking whole foods, reading, playing music and continually learning more about the mind-body connection. I am also a Mom to 4 awesome kids ages 3 to 16 who keep me laughing and continue to teach me the most valuable of lessons. My office is located in the beautifully repurposed Stationery Factory in the town of Dalton in Western Massachusetts. Berkshire County is a naturally beautiful place surrounded by mountains, lakes and forests. It is the home of Tanglewood, Kripalu Yoga Center, Canyon Ranch, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, The Norman Rockwell Museum, Shakespeare and Co and many, many more cultural attractions. We are about 2.5 hours from Boston, and 3 hours from NYC.
