After decades of teaching and utilizing technology for business and research administration, I have made some changes. My healing hands are licensed in the state of Massachusetts for massage therapy and I am an authorized facilitator for Oasis in the Overwhelm™, one-minute strategies that promote balance and focus.  In addition to seeing clients privately for bodywork sessions. I provide corporate and group wellness programs integrating chair massage and training in one-minute strategies that promote focus and balance, I am loving both the massage and teaching Millie Grenough'a Oasis Strategies, because they work! They are both simple and straightforward solutions that counteract today's complex lifestyles by turning our focus inward and re-membering who we are.
