I am a former professional dancer who was sidelined by an ACL injury at the beginning of my career. Even after surgery I was unable to regain my full ranges of motion to continue dancing professionally. I met an incredible bodyworker who changed my fascia and my relationship with my body and got me back on stage after only a few sessions. This kind of profound change is what inspired me to become a bodyworker.
I specialize in movement oriented, therapeutic bodywork, as well as injury prevention and treatment.
