Brittany’s life journey began and continues in the bluegrass where she was born and raised in Woodford County. After graduating Woodford County High School in 2000, Brittany attended Western Kentucky University where she graduated with honors with a BA in history and anthropology with a focus on Native American studies, archaeology and cultural anthropology.
In 2007, she welcomed her first sweet baby girl into the world, followed by a bouncing baby boy in 2010 and her second beautiful daughter in 2016. Having children further spurred her interest in overall health and wellness, as well as living an active life by mindful eating, running and spending time in the gym and yoga studio. She enjoys connecting with nature in many ways, including hiking, gardening, and seeking time on the water any chance she can get.
The desire to help others on their health and wellness journeys led Brittany to enroll in the Licensed Massage Therapist program at Lexington Healing Arts Academy in January 2014. She excelled in her studies and graduated in November 2014. In 2015, she worked as a graduate therapist at the massage clinic at Lexington Healing Arts and an independent therapist at Streampoint Wellness Center.
Through these experiences, Brittany was honored to work with clients of all walks of life that were in various stages of their health and wellness journeys. Her personal interest in living and promoting an active, natural lifestyle, as well as emphasizing the importance of making sure those around her take time to truly relax allow her to connect with clients just beginning, or well into their journey to overall health and wellness.
