This profession is a true calling for me. I'm a healer at heart and I believe this is a gift not to be wasted. I view each session as an opportunity to connect and help someone feel good in their body. I take time at the beginning and end of each session to check in with the client, so that current issues can be addressed and so that we can work together to get you pain free and on the road to your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be. During each session  I combine many modalities to give the client the best possible outcome. I believe in open communication, checking in with the client and listening to what they're feeling in their bodies. I pride myself on my education. I received my diploma in massage and bodywork at The School of Body Therapies in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. There I also received the valedictorian award on the 250 hour Deep Tissue and Anatomy training class. I am certified in over 18 types of massage and bodywork including Deep Tissue, cupping and magnet therapy, Thai massage, Reflexology as well as energy work and equine massage.
