I am a big sports fan and currently working on my certification in sports massage. I also love to cook, sing, write, trivia nights, and enjoying life. 

My massage modalities learn towards therapeutic side of massage (think deep tissue, trigger point area).  Even in massage school, I learned that life take a toll on the body whether it is stress, illness, injury or aging our bodies are constantly changing.
