Swedish Massage: Gentle, soothing strokes to relax the body, improve circulation, and reduce muscle tension.
SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique): A precise, gentle method to release muscle tension and alleviate pain.
Cupping Therapy: Special cups create suction on the skin, increasing blood flow, reducing pain and inflammation, and promoting healing.
Hot Stone Massage: Heated stones placed on key points deeply relax muscles, enhance circulation, and provide soothing comfort.
Myofascial Release: Gentle, sustained pressure on myofascial tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Stretching: Targeted stretches to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance range of motion.
Reflexology: Pressure applied to points on the feet, hands, and ears to promote relaxation and overall health.
Craniosacral therapy: Gentle, hands-on technique that uses light touch to release tension in the central nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and helping the body naturally heal.
