My name is Leslie Ray, I graduated from Healthy Lifestyles school of Massage therapy in 2005. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Lpn.

 Massage modalities I specialize in :

 Swedish full body massage to help your mind and body relax while light to medium pressure is applied with a scent free massage oil.

Deep tissue/therapeutic  full body massage work's on tight and knotted muscles and provides relaxation. This can also be done just for specific areas if you don't have time  for a full body massage but have some painful knot's or tightness and  restriction in range of motion. You can specify if you would rather lay on the table or set in the chair .

Prenatal massage can be done as just specific areas or full body, this can be done side lying if needed, but you will also have the option to lay face down during your back massage with the baby bump recess taken out of the massage table. Many women love this option! chair massage, children’s massage and trigger point therapy. 

Hot Stone's: These can be used for a full body massage or just to help loosen tight muscles in specific areas.

Full body Steam treatments: As you lay on a comfortable massage table a canopy will be placed over your body and your head will remain on the outside of the canopy. Heat and steam will circulate within the canopy, while you melt away in relaxation you can let all your worries drift away during a scalp massage followed by a cooling face and neck massage. Steam treatments have many health benefits including: increased circulation, decreased blood pressure, decrease in sinus congestion, relaxes muscles and eases joint pain, detoxifies, helps with various skin conditions such as dry skin, and acne, and can even help burn calories (along with exercise). 

Foot Peels: This one-hour foot peel treatment is similar to a chemical peel and will make your feet feel smooth and soft . Ingredients include 16 natural extracts that are scientifically formulated to exfoliate and moisturize at the same time creating a luxurious experience. It also includes a small amount of salicylic acid to soften your feet and induce peeling.

Foot Mask: These work great for newly-peeled feet that might feel dry over time. It is also great to use when you’re between treatments but want to maintain high moisturization levels for your feet. Treat dry feet while keeping them baby smooth!

The entrance to Renew massage is the same entrance as Refresh. When you arrive please let the staff know you are here for massage and have a seat in the lobby until i come out to greet you.
