LATE POLICY - If you are a new client and have not filled out your intake form online, we ask that you show up 15min early, so that we have plenty of time to go over all questions before massage, to insure you are on the table for your entire appointment time. If you show up late we cannot extend your time of appointment, due to another client is followed behind your appointment. If you show up 15min late or more your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW. If you PRE-PAID and show up late/No-Show or you decide to cancel your appointment due to timing. You will NOT be REFUNDED.
CANCELLATION POLICY - We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you need to cancel and its past your 24 hour mark and you have PRE-PAID you will NOT be REFUNDED. Also if you were paying after the appointment, you will be asked to pay for the appointment that you missed. If you refuse to pay for the missed appointment - (you will need to book online for all future appointments)
