Cancellation Policy

We require a 24hr cancellation notice for all scheduled services. If client cancel without proper notice a fee of $30.00(deposit required) will be charged.

Late Arrival Policy 

We regret late arrivals; however will not extend scheduled appointments or alter the appointment. The original reservation fee will be charged.  In special cases; and when our schedule allows we may be able to accommodate an adjusted or full appointment.  This will be our discretion.

No Show Policy

We charge the full fee of scheduled services for a NO CALL/SHOW.  This fee is to be paid prior to ANY future appointments.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Each Expired gift certificate and coupons  will be honored with a $30.00 expired fee ( subject to change)

In the event of unexpected life circumstances or illness this policy maybe waived.  These policies are in place to encourage common courtesy and good business practices so please be mindful of them. We want to work with you

Sessions Accure

Busy?  Monthly session can accure and may be used later provided you remain an active member.  Any unused accured session expire and are fortified if not used within 60 days of membership cancellation
