Located in Irvington!  Our practice takes a holistic approach to treating the body, mind and spirit. With services such as the traditional Swedish Massage but also including services like Thai Yoga Massage and Oncology Massage but also energy services such as Reiki and Sound Baths. You can create your own treatment plan with massage and energy work; or we would be glad to help you in creating one so you can meet your wellness goals.

Our studio has a main room with two couches that double as a waiting room when not in use for community events or sound bath; along with a drink station and a television. There are two treatment rooms and are located off of the main room.
