Barbara Feltman, Doctor of Health Science, is a professional and compassionate physical therapist. With over 40 years of experience, 26 of which were spent specializing in oncology and lymphedema management, Barbara can provide a quality of individualized body work you won't find elsewhere. Barbara uniquely works with women who have a history of breast cancer currently struggling with movement problems as a side effect of surgery/radiation. She will address soft tissue restrictions and radiation fibrosis to restore function and mobility. Barbara also offers manual lymphatic drainage to patients with lymphedema and other forms of edema. In addition, Barbara is one of the most qualified professionals in Indy available to consult and measure for compression garments, and can recommend vendors through whom compression garments can be purchased.  This business does not sell compression garments. Insurance billing is NOT available.  Refund Policy Square no longer refunds credit card fees of 2.9%+30¢, therefore ALL refunds will be subject to these processing fees. There is no additional fee if you reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Refunds are not guaranteed. Store credit may be offered instead. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $30 fee plus processing fees. No shows or cancellations less than two hours prior to appointment will not be refunded at all. There are no exceptions to this policy, you have booked time in my schedule and last minute cancellations or no-shows mean that I do not have the ability to schedule someone else in that time period.
