Appointment Policy:

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. In order to maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following appointment policy:

• First Missed Appointment: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not reschedule within 24 hours prior to your massage, a 50% charge of the booking fee will be applied.
• Second Missed Appointment: A 100% charge of the booking fee will be applied for any subsequent missed appointments without prior rescheduling.
• No Call, No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us in advance, a 100% charge of the booking fee will be applied.
