Focused on You, llc is just that! As a Massage Therapist I believe that our bodies are amazing and try to heal themselves everyday. Just look at what our bodies adapt to everyday. Sometimes its a wonder how we function with some of the things our bodies have to conform to and put up with just to hold or head up. In that I practice as just the hands to help your body heal itself. Sometimes that is through a tradition massage with focus, sometimes that is a cranial sacral session, or maybe a combination of those and myofascial release. The body leads the session, therefore I charge by time not modality or technique. 

Focused on You is massage with a purpose and I work by appointment only. Eventually will be open to online booking.
