Sabrina Schottenhamel (Shot - en - hamel) the owner of Be Touched Massage. She is a licensed massage therapist and professional speaker. She has been a Massage Therapist for 17 years and has been speaking professionally for 8 years delivering keynotes and workshops. Her passion for health and wellness compelled her to share her message with a larger audience. This has become a perfect blend; with the healing touch of her hands, and speaking with the power of her voice to share her wealth of knowledge.

In 2013 she decided to join the Woodridge Toastmasters club to overcome her fears of public speaking. Then in 2015, Sabrina won the Best Speaker of the Year Award!!

 Sabrina has spoken to colleges, universities, libraries, professional organizations across the state, and now volunteers as a speaker for an educational organization. 

She is also a member of, Engaging Speakers and recently had several articles published for Skin Inc. and DaySpa magazines, and her newest articles in the Sparkle & Rise digital magazine.
