Katie is highly skilled therapist with over 12+ years of experience and has a deep understanding of how the body works and moves. She is trained in various type of massage and bodywork, including relaxation, facial reflexology, clinical, pregnancy, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, sports, and myofascial release. She will customize every session to meet the needs of her clients and how they are feeling when they arrive. Katie will teach you the best ways to care for your body and will often give you homework and recommendations on how to improve what may be ailing you.
