Renea has been a practicing massage therapist since 2007. She started her own practice in 2018 after working in a variety of settings including spa and chiropractic clinics, and since 2023 has worked in conjunction with Revive and Renew Wholistic Therapies, specializing in Therapeutic massage, Myofascial release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. 

Renea helps clients with a variety of concerns, including headaches, neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, assistance in recovering with surgeries both in soft tissue and lymphatic drainage to promote healing. Massage and Lymphatic work can also be helpful with auto immune conditions, as well as anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. 

Renea is also a certified personal trainer, allowing her to be able to help clients with exercises to help them strengthen weakened areas and stretch tight areas to help clients with pain and mobility.
