Prenatal massage provides overall relaxation as all the tension in the body starts to melt away! Whether you are experiencing pain, tension, or your body is calling for overall relaxation, I offer basic therapeutic massages which target all the muscles as a whole and Trigger point massages which target the muscle at core, eliminating muscle strain.
