Angelina has always been deeply fascinated by the intricate connection between the mind and body. Witnessing firsthand the impact of trauma on the physical and psychological well-being of individuals drove her to seek alternative ways to address this interplay. Consequently embarked on a new journey embracing the world of massage therapy as a means to further explore the mind-body connection after her career as a surgeon's assistant. Her time operating has provided her with invaluable insight into the body's resilience and capacity for healing.
For many years, her experience as a yoga instructor allowed her to witness the transformative power of movement and breath in healing. However, she wanted to delve deeper, seeking a modality that would enable her to offer a more hands-on approach to facilitate healing and release. Through massage therapy, she has discovered a powerful tool to help individuals reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies. By incorporating various techniques such as swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral, reflexology, propioceptor neuromuscular release she aims to offer a holistic approach that addresses both physical tension and emotional blockages.
To create a safe and supportive environment, Angelina applies a trauma-informed approach with integration of mindfulness and breathwork during sessions. She is commited to accompanying her guests as they navigate their own healing process. By offering bodywork, she aims to provide a nurturing and empowering experience that promotes well-being on all, various layers.
