Vitality Bodyworks started as Massage by Megan in 2010 and was formerly located at 305 S. East St. As my client base grew, we eventually outgrew our space and moved into 409 S. Prospect, Suite A, where we currently reside. Our business is designed to help our clients improve their quality of life and provide a well-rounded approach to health. In continuation of this, we soon outgrew our name as well. In 2017, we changed our name to Vitality Bodyworks and added on a fitness studio to our current space. We currently employ several licensed therapists who specialize in a wide array of massage techniques. We have also added a Yoga instructor and Certified Health Coach/RN to the team, and work closely with Central Illinois Chiropractic Center.

Although we have developed into a business that curtails to athletes, we love all of our clients and enjoy dealing with chronic pain, or just helping clients relax after a tough week.
