• respect your body. There is no one-size-fits-all routine as you lie upon my table--every session is a unique experience.

While skilled techniques and a growing understanding of anatomy are foundational, my strength lies in an intuitive sense that finds areas of dysfunction within the tissues of your body. This allows me to work effectively to relieve tension, increase mobility and restore adaptability. I want to support the integrative functionality your body is designed to enjoy. My passion for bodywork and my commitment to life-long learning means an ongoing investment in training, well beyond the 6 credits per year required for my license, to offer more effective help for you, my client.
