My practice is primarily based in the Kripalu Bodywork tradition. Kripalu Bodywork is a customized intuitive massage with a meditative focus, which utilizes a variety of massage modalities designed to enhance the integration of your body, mind, and spirit.

My offices are located in the healing heart of the Teton Mountain Range in Teton Valley, Idaho and Jackson, WY. Since there are other healing practitioners (Chiropractor, Psychotherapist, Homeopath, Structural Integration Practitioner, Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, etc) nestled in our beautiful communities, it gives clients the opportunity to combine modalities if needed to help their overall health and wellness.

The paradigm of my work is based on my belief that My Body Works, Your Body Works, Every Body Works! We all have the capacity to heal as long as we listen to our inner wisdom and then have the courage to follow what we hear.  As a health care practitioner, I am simply the facilitator of your healing process. When our session is over, that's when all the healing begins...with you!
