SOMA (Rolf) Structural Integration® is deep tissue fascial bodywork as taught by Ida Rolf.  Powerful treatment sessions can be stand alone, but most folks seeking true change opt for an 11 session full transformation series. You need to ensure a solid foundation when you are remodeling a home, and your body also needs the same honoring and attention. Elizabeth has been a Bodyworker & yoga teacher since 2003. She loves adventure, has a playful spirit and isa safe space for transformation in mind, body & spirit. Her Soma Bodywork practice tends to be full of mental health counselors, social workers, surgeons, nurses and adventure sports lovers.
