Hello, my name is Chantel, and I am the owner of Energy Daze, LLC! I recently moved to the Hayden, Idaho area and am accepting new clients. I have been massaging for about four years and running Energy Daze for three years. 
I specialize in relaxation deep tissue and also offer Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, and hot stones. My pressure level can range from light, medium, to firm.  I have experience with clients dealing with stress and anxiety and want to help you melt away for a little while. I like to massage the scalp, face, and neck areas as I feel like a lot of tension is carried there and can tend to be forgotten about during a massage.
