Hi, my name is Claire. I am a licensed massage therapist in Driggs, Idaho. I focus on therapeutic Swedish massage. I am a former professional dancer turned amateur rock climber. During my time as a ballet dancer I relied on massage and physical therapy to keep dancing. As an athlete I understand that it is incredibly difficult to take time off to heal. I know that massage will allow you to be active without getting injured as often and when injuries do occur, massage will help you get back on your feet. I have also learned how bodywork can relieve stress and anxiety. With the world as it is, we all could use to take a deep breath and have a massage!
