I strongly believe in a holistic way of healing (mentally, physically and spiritually). I also believe that each person is unique and needs every session tailored to their individual needs, so I try to be very intentional of that. I feel honored to be a part of each person's healing process.

I offer a wide range of modalities for my clients including relaxation/swedish, deep tissue, medical myotherapy, myofascial release, cross-fiber friction, tapotement, cupping, prenatal massage, Thai table massage and stretching. I also enjoy using YL essential oils (with client permission) during my sessions at no extra charge. I genuinely believe that they can also help the mind/body heal by alleviating pain, stress and anxiety.
