Hi there! It's me, Allison, the same massage therapist you've seen around Fluent Chiropractic since 2018. I'm passionate about aggressive healing and I LOVE being able to make a significant difference in a person's ability to feel human, in a relatively short time on my table. When a client exclaims to their friends that they can now lift their leg, tie their shoe, or walk without pain, I am fulfilled! My ideal client is someone who is tired of being in chronic pain.

I attended Bio-Chi Institute of Massage Therapy, located in Sioux City, IA. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Point Work, Musculo Tendonal Re-education (MTR), natural therapeutics and hydrotherapy, fire cupping, Ashiatsu, PNF stretching, traditional Thai as well as table and Ashi-thai. My favorite work is probably MTR because I see such dramatic results from it. It's fun, it's deep and it's worth a try! 

I am available to massage at Fluent Chiropractic by appointment, Monday through Thursday, from 9-3:45. I am also available the first Saturday of the month. 

What can you expect when you come see me? 

- If you're new, check out the pictures to verify you're in the right place. When you arrive, I will most likely be with the preceding client. Please, have a seat and be patient. I will come get you when the room is ready for you. 

- I handle all massage business in my room. Payments accepted are cash and cards. Please do take advantage of your FSA and HSA cards if you have them. I am coded as an acceptable purchase with them.

- Drink water as if it is your job AND you LIKE it! Drinking water is a crucial part of self-care and massage. If you don't drink enough water, you may wake up the next morning feeling "hung over," you will tell everyone I suck, and we can't have that!

When I'm not massaging, I'm spending time with my children and my significant other. I have two teen-agers that are my reason for living. I appreciate that my clients respect my time as a mother as well as a therapist that is constantly learning how to do things better for us all!
