Hi, I am Delaney Cook, a licensed massage therapist and the founder of Salt and Stone Massage LLC.  I recently graduated from Oconee School of Therapeutic Massage in June of 2023. I have always been interested in learning about the mind and body and discovering natural ways to promote healing. Prior  to becoming a massage therapist, I graduated from the University of Georgia with the degree: Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with focus on human development.  I currently specialize in general relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point work. I am always looking for opportunities to broaden my horizons and experience  new modalities of massage. I believe that massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and reduce pain. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals! In addition to massage, I love playing with my dogs, baking, and event coordinating!
