Massage and Bodywork have been integral in my life, I am no stranger to pain. Despite having undergone reconstructive surgeries to correct a birth defect I have enjoyed pushing myself through years of competitive long distance running, mountain bike racing, backpacking and various van and motorcycle excursions. In an effort to better understand myself, and allow my body to do more and to go farther for longer, I have studied physical rehabilitation, massage therapy, and a handfull of useful pain management techniques.
