Welcome! My name is Angel, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 16 years. I specialize in advanced therapeutic massage treatments, mainly focusing on pain management by addressing the connection between emotional and physical distress. It is my intention to help my clients relax the mind and central nervous system in order to obtain optimal relief from physical pain and emotional distress. About Me:
I have experience working in both, high end spas and also as a chiropractic assistant/massage therapist for over a decade prior to venturing out on my own. I have spent most of my career consistently gaining education and training, focusing mainly on therapeutic treatments that include spinal and nerve health as pertaining to massage, and over the past several years I have studied specific techniques to become certified in aiding in the treatment plans for those who struggle with anxiety/depression, P.T.S.D as well as those who are in active addiction recovery. I am also certified in many other modalities such as, deep tissue, trigger point, warm bamboo, hot stones and craniosacral. This I feel allows me to offer my clients a unique skill set that provides them with maximum benefits to help reduce stress, pain management, mental and physical healing and relaxation.
