Touch is such an important thing .It's important to our bodies ,mind, and souls.I have created my own blend of relaxation and pain relief  techniques thru 7 years of being a licensed massage therapist.I have a medi-cupping machine, hot stones and a variety of massage and fascial tools to help me help clients find pain relief,improve sleep,and help ease anxiety and depression.
