*Fitness classes, including Belly Dance, Barre and Fusion Flow Body Sculpt (yoga & barre fusion),

*Wellness as art with our beginner art classes and "Create & Imbibe"TM parties (choose between acrylic, oil pastels, or watercolor)
Our view is that massage, yoga and art are for every Body. In the Viniyoga lineage, we ease into each pose, emphasize solid alignment but ultimately value function over form as we believe that every Body has different abilities, needs and limitations. You can expect the treatments to be highly tailored to your needs.
We also believe art is crucial for one's mental and emotional wellbeing and so that's why we offer not only beginner art classes, but also the unique experience of our "Create and Imbibe"TM parties! We bring the paint and sip to YOU!
*While Tabitha is also licensed in skin and nails, current laws in the state of Florida make cosmetology services difficult to offer as house calls. Should this change, they will be added in the future.
