Hello. My name is Amy Yapp and I have been a licensed therapeutic massage therapist for over 18 years. 

I specialize in several modalities, including Medical, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chair, Hot Stone, Medical, Sports, Stretching, and Trigger Point therapies. I have experience working in the spa, holistic clinic, salon, private practice, and hospital settings. For over 12 years I owned a successful massage practice in Arvada, Colorado. I moved to Florida in 2021. I have had extensive education and training in anatomy & physiology and pathophysiology and have an excellent grasp on how the body, mind, and spirit work together to achieve health and vitality. 

Massage therapy to me is about empowerment of the client through collaboration and customization. Every massage is customized to the client and their unique treatment goals and expectations. I treat every client as I want to be treated when I go in for a massage. 

We are veteran-owned and offer office or mobile therapeutic massage. Over the years, I have had the privilege to help assist my clients with many pathologies, and I know that massage therapy is truly my calling. My favorite modalities are trigger point and deep tissue massage, emphasizing medical massage. I love combining hot stones into my massage along with myofascial, stretching, and deep relaxation techniques. I have a firm yet gentle touch and know just where and how to release stubborn trigger points. It is my honor to be a massage therapist and provide a healing and stress-free environment where clients can unplug and focus on their healing and health.
