Prices do not include gratuity or parking fees, which are meant to be paid directly to the therapist via cash, CashApp, Venmo, Apple Cash, Google Pay, or Zelle.

18-20% of the service is recommended for gratuity. 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Flow Wellness, that means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. 

To avoid cancellation charges, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Your client account will be issued a service credit automatically. To request a refund, please contact the business directly.

Full payment is required for the following conditions.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment.
• No show or missed appointment.
• Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
