**Please note I work at the nervous system level and work with the body, not against it. Therefore, my methods are gentle, non-invasive and kind to you and your body. While some methods are deep and sometimes uncomfortable, I will not go past the threshold of pain. I do not offer 'deep tissue' as a stand-alone service as I have a degenerative joint condition and my health and safety is paramount. However, if you desire a deeper touch, I have an in-house therapist to happily refer you to :)
