I am the owner/operator of Santosha (Sanskrit for joy & contentment) Massage & Wellness, LLC. After working in research administration for 22 years, I decided it was time to make a major change and use my desire to make a difference in a very different way. Having always had a passion for body work, massage therapy has allowed me to pursue this passion and help others while making a difference at the same time.

My training includes hydrotherapy, clinical massage, lymphatic massage, stretching, and percussive therapy. I offer therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal massage with the focus being to improve the quality of life for my clients through massage therapy.
