Wild Wellness started out of a passion to bring these amazing protocols and therapies into the comfort of your own home so that any and all can reap the physical and mental health benefits. Wild Wellness provides Massage Therapy, Cold Plunge Immersion Therapy, Contrast Therapy with Hot Steam Sauna, as well as High Intensity Interval Training.
All services are provided either inside or outside the comfort of your home (depending on your preference and allotted space), I setup a sanctuary space for the scheduled service.
