I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011, beginning my career with a focus on spa-based settings. As my practice has grown and evolved, I’ve developed a personalized approach that blends relaxation with therapeutic techniques—tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

At the beginning of your appointment, we will discuss any specific areas of concern or treatment goals to ensure your session is focused and effective. If you prefer a comprehensive full-body treatment, that can be accommodated as well depending on the time frame. 

Open communication is an important part of the therapeutic process. I welcome and encourage your feedback regarding pressure, comfort, and areas of focus throughout the session so that your treatment can be customized to best meet your needs.
