It is my philosophy that taking care of yourself has many aspects and I want to help you access the multiple ways to gain balance and wellness. I offer massage, energy work, intuitive guidance, crystal readings and grids, essential oil and other health and healing products.  I also have a great referral base of professionals, wellness coach, mental health therapist, chiropractor, Ayurvedic practitioner and even other massage professional that could add to your wellness plan.

I provide all of my services within my home office but also have a lot of services that can be brought to your home or office. 

Highlighted Service:

Distance Healing is energetic healing when the recipient and the practitioner are not in the same physical space.  It can be done with a schedule appointment, where there is a phone or video connection or during a time appointed that you are meditating or sleeping. Intuitive guidance/reading is usually paired with this session.
