Welcome! I'm happy you have found this space and I'm excited to have you here. I started working as a licensed massage therapist because I was looking for a way to help heal others holistically and as I started learning more about the human body, I couldn't help but notice the power behind massage, and thus my journey began.
The massages I provide are not only to relieve stress, but also to reduce anxiety, manage back and body aches, enhance exercise performance, reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion, to help you sleep better, and the list can go on!
At the moment I provide 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions each of which can be booked for a swedish massage or deep tissue. Swedish massage is a light to firm pressure massage with the ultimate goal of relaxation. Deep tissue massage is a deep pressure massage with the goal of relieving muscle tension in specific areas or working to increase range of motion.
You can find me in the Prospect Plaza Shopping Center in ProCare Nail Salon & Spa. We are located on 20 Kane St. West Hartford, CT 06119, just step in and let the front desk know that you are there for a massage.
