Nalda graduated from Branford Hall Career Institute’s massage therapy program in 2008, and has been a practicing, Licensed Massage Therapist since early 2009. She enjoys meeting, getting to know, and working with all clients - but specializes in deep tissue massage, and is additionally certified in prenatal massage and hot stone therapy. In October, 2022, she completed training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage - which has now been added to the service menu. She has also recently taken an interest in the power of natural essential oils and aromatherapy. Kindly and gently assisting clients to live more relaxed, pain-free lives is truly her life’s mission and joy.

The office is open 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays, when Nalda will usually be available, unless she is with a client! We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
