I'm Jasmine, a Licensed Massage Therapist with five years experience specializing in trigger point and myofascial release.
Growing up in New England, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the great outdoors and learn about the healing benefits movement and nature. I continue to spend my free time exploring the woods, hiking, foraging, farming, and adventuring with my dog. I strive to live my life with an open mind, embracing new opportunities that lead me towards a happier and healthier time on earth.
Life is full of challenges, highs and lows, pain and loss. It's not easy to lead a perfect life and always feel good in your body. Finding a career in massage therapy has given me the privilege of helping those who are struggling through hard times. It's an honor to be able to share my knowledge and skills to provide you with a wonderful massage therapy experience.
Feel good in your body. Feel great in life.
My goal as a Massage Therapist is to provide you with a professional, comfortable, and stress free experience. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and I want you to know that you are acknowledged and appreciated. My space is a judgment-free space, and LGBTQIA-safe space.
During our session, communication is key! It's very important to me to know what you're feeling and experiencing, and that you are comfortable in your treatment. Checking in with my clients is a priority as it helps me to ensure that you are not too hot or cold, and that the pressure is just right.
I want to show my clients that they are valued and provided with a safe and clean environment. I take pride in providing a safe and sanitized space for your massage therapy session. Before each session, my room is thoroughly sanitized and the table is lined with clean and cozy sheets.
