I love Jesus, good health, and massage!  I have a passion to help people just stop and relax.  Life can be so stressful for so many and we just don't take time for ourselves these days!  1 hour out of your week or month is worth it to help in renewing your body, mind, and spirit.  Come take some time to leave the chaos behind! I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1998 and have number of areas I love to help people find relaxation.  These areas include good ole' Swedish Massage,  Deep Tissue for those just needing to loosen up those tight, thight muscles with the use of Hot Stones, Massage Cupping which falls right inline with that, but on a gentler side.  One of my favorites is Prenatal, Labor, Delivery, Postpartum and Infant Massage Instruction.  I am working on a couple of new certifications in Manual Lymph Drainage and Clicnical Aromatherapy.  Using my heart and my hands, I help my clients relax and bring them back to where life is more manageable.
