Hello, I'm Cara I have been a massage therapist for 13 years here in Pueblo, Co. I specialize in therapeutic and deep tissue massage. I believe in true therapy and have developed my technique to accommodate the body as a whole. I have worked for years with patients and clients in medical and non medical settings, along side doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors. Each session is based on each individuals needs. I have experience in all modalities to include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, swedish, and sports massage. Be it relaxation, muscle tension relief, headaches and migraines, car accidents or sports injuries, I have you covered. I am also currently a massage instructor at IntelliTec College and get to teach my passion to upcoming massage therapists.
