Hello, I'm Cara I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years here in Pueblo, Co. I specialize in therapeutic and deep tissue massage. I believe in true therapy and have developed my technique to accommodate the body as a whole. I have worked for years with patients and clients in medical and non medical settings, along side doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors. Each session is based on each individuals needs. I have experience in all modalities to include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish, and sports massage.
