Hello and welcome, my name is Crystal Paugh. I have been a massage therapist in the Denver-Metro area for 19 years now. I graduated from the Heritage College of Denver, Massage Therapy program in January of 2003. After finishing Massage school I worked in a variety of settings including; sports facilities, athletic clubs, spas, clinics and chiropractic offices. The different settings in which I have worked have given me the experience and tools to not only reach my clients relaxation needs but to reach my clients on a deeply therapeutic level as well. Massage therapy was not my first choice when it came to what I wanted to be when I grew up, however it has been the best decision I have ever made. Being a massage therapist has enabled me to not only enhance the lives of my clients, but it has enhanced how I live my life. I love being a positive part of my client’s lives, weather they need to escape from the chaos of every-day life and relax or they have an injury they suffer from and need on-going therapy to assist in pain management. My goal is to work with my clients and their specific therapeutic needs to give them the continued care they deserve every time they come see me.
